We inject an all natural exclusive solution that reaches up to 240 degrees, deep into your carpet fibers, removing the deepest, toughest, stains and dirt. This sanitizing solution along with the high heat aids in removing bacteria, dust mites, micro particles, smoke and residue that accumulates in our carpets over time. Each carpet is then rinsed with a neutralizer which further removes any residue, then we post groom the carpet pile to it's natural state giving it a "standing tall" fullness. |

First the carpet is pre-vacuumed with a commercial vacuum cleaner to ensure that the dry soil & dirt has been thoroughly removed. Once the dry soil is removed the carpet is pre-sprayed with an all natural hot effervescent cleaning solution that is injected deep into your carpet fibers, this will break down soil that has attached itself to the carpet fibers pushing the soil to the surface which is then picked up by our rotary bonnet machine then we post groom the carpet restoring the carpet pile to its natural state giving it a "standing tall" fullness. |

Dry-Steam is one of the most experienced companies in the city when it comes to upholstery. We have a variety of upholstery cleaning techniques. Each fabric will require a different approach. We will first test the fiber to determine whether it needs to be wet cleaned or dry cleaned, synthetic or natural fibers, and whether it is colorfast. We then vacuum the upholstery thoroughly. The fabric may or may not require pre-spray, but if it does, we will apply pre-spray and work it in with an upholstery brush to suspend the soil. At this point a warm water extraction at low pressure and medium vacuum is used to thoroughly rinse the fabric. Upholstery is very delicate to work with, so don't use just anyone. |

As with carpet, upholstery will last much longer and stay cleaner with a protective coating . Our upholstery & carpet protectors concentrate on spillage, slowing down the penetration into the fabric or carpet. Our technicians are prepared to apply this product for you immediately after your upholstery or carpet is cleaned. We use Dupont Teflon or ScotchGuard (leaders in the protector industry). |

We clean and sanitize the register covers to remove cooking oil film, nicotine film and other dust collecting substances. We deep clean the source of the air supply including (where applicable) the blower, squirrel cage, coils, condensation pan and return air supply. The air ducts are then brush vacuumed clean with our exclusive ROTOBRUSH. The ROTOBRUSH removes the allergy and disease causing contaminants that continuously circulate throughout the air duct system eliminating the frequency of dusting in your home. We will sanitize your air ducts and vents with an environmentally safe sanitizer commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes.
